A Guide to Successful Weight loss.

 
 
 
 
So many have been on a roller costar ride as far as our weight goes.  For me I have rode this costar to much.  It is time to get off the weight lose roller costar, and begin a journey that will actually take me some where.  The up and down with weight, is bad for our health, and our self esteem. 
 
How do we get off this roller costar and just be healthy?  It would be great if there some magic pill that would take care of it for us.  But we have all wished that for to long, with no success.   
 
There is a way to get off the roller costar called up and down weight.  I believe strongly the only way to success in anything we do is to have a solid plain.  With a solid plain you are setting up to succeed..  That is why this is called. "A Guide to Successful Weight Lose." 
 
Could you program a computer without a system guide.  Well, I know some people can. But for most the answer is no.    With a guide or someone to show you, I bet you could do it.  The same is true in all areas of our lives.  There has been so many ways to lose weight schemes going around.  It is hard to decide what is true, and what is just made up.  Leaving most people very frustrated with the hole thing.
 
This guide is simple, and will change your life forever.  As long as you follow threw with your solid plain.  Like I have mentioned before.  For me this is a lifestyle change.  Not just wanting the numbers on the scale to go down.  So I have formed a solid plain for myself.  Yours will look a little different from mine in some places.  But the basic guide line will get you where you want to be. Without a solid plain.  You are setting yourself up for failure.  Take a few minutes to read over this, and build your solid plain.
 
1.  The desire to make changes.
 
Since you are here reading this.  You have already taken the first step needed to succeed.  A few things to know up front.  A solid plain not followed will kept you on the roller costar.  A big part in making changes that effect your life is you need to really want it.  You need to  be determined to stick with it.
 
2.  Learn how to fuel your body.
 
Like I mentioned earlier.  There is much information on different ways to eat.  Eat more protein, eat less carbs,  eat no fat.  It can be very confusing to know what to eat, when to eat, how to eat.   Witch is why I wrote "The best way to boost your metabolism."
This piece explains the difference type of fuel we have to pick from to fuel our bodies.  And what makes them low, or high grades fuels.
 
3.  Change how you look at food.
When you see food as it is meant to be.  Fuel for your body.  It is much easier to see it more clearly.  Food is our fuel.  The higher the grade of food.  The smoother our body's run.  This also helps with our health.  When we eat to fuel our body's and not the hunger.  We are also healing our bodies.
 
4.  Personalize your plain.
 If you are dealing with any health issues.  This is where you want to fit your plain more to what your body needs.  Many years ago, the first medicines were foods, and herbs.  This knowledge has been forgotten over the years.  There are many places you will find information on eating for health.  On G X Factor Pinterest you will find plenty of information on healthy eating.  Natural healing, and sections dealing with each major organs health.  Feel free to use my boards as a guide.  Follow me on Pinterest to keep updated on all the new things I find for each board.  Another program is an awesome guide to making your own natural healing is The Lost Ways and The Lost Ways Part 2 .  These programs give you a lot of information.  And even show you how to make your own natural remedies. {If you are taking any medicines.  You will want to do more research to make sure the natural ones do not react with it.  Or ask your doctor.  Finding the info yourself is better.  Because some doctor do not want you to use natural healing.  Because if you heal yourself, you will not need them.}  So do your own reach.


5.  Adding Exercise.  This is the part most people starting getting stressed out about.  Don't let yourself get all worked up.  There are many different ways you can get exercise into your day.  It doesn't have to be a dreaded trip to the gym.  Simple being more physical active will do.  Taking a walk, using the stairs instead of the elevator, playing a game of basket ball with friends or the kids in your neighborhood.  Riding a bike instead of driving to some place close by.  Go swimming.  The point is to be more active.  We take in fuel for our bodies.  If you are not active enough to burn that fuel off.  It will be stored as fat on your body.  The more active your are.  The more fuel you will burn.

It takes about 3.500 calories to make a pound of fat.  You would need to burn about 7.000 a day to less stored fuel, and while burning off that days fuel.  The main point. If you want to less the stored fuel, you will need to be very active.  It can be done.   It has been done by millions.  You can do it. 


6.  Kick it up a notch.  If you have stored fuel on your body.  It will take a little more effort to burn it off.  It is harder to burn stored fuel then burning the fuel you eat each day.  Depending on your personal goals.  It is good to start being more active in the ways above.  Then kick it up a notch.  Target exercise programs, either join a local class.  Or find some great ones on U-tube to work with at home.  I love Kickboxing!!  You get a full body workout, and it relieves a lot of stress.  "WOW"  What a rush.  The options for a great work out plain that fits your personal needs, and time restraints is not a hard thing to do.  Just takes a little research.  Other great ways to be more active.  Take a dancing class.  Dancing is a great fun way to loss weight.  You don't notice that you are working out.  You ae just having fun.  For the ladies.  I recommend belly dancing.  I have many reason for that.  One the dance it's self helps you feel sexy in your body.  Two, it works the abs, or core perfectly.  Witch is where most woman carry their weight.  Not to mention to the neat outfits. 

 7.  Make your health your Priority. We all know that our priorities in life, get our attention first.  Make your health your top priority.  I understand, that can be hard to do.  Because we all have a lot of stuff going on in our lives.  We need to get this done.  We need to work, we need to clean the house.  The list is endless.  Look at it like this.  When you feel bad, you don't get as much done as on the days you feel great.  Making your health a priority is a good way to make sure you get everything else done.  Because you will feel like getting it done.  Making your health a priority also benefits your family.  Yes your are taking a little time away from them.  But you are making sure you are there for them for many years to come.  Unhealthy people do not get to spend much time with their family's.  Because they are sick in bed.  Or so tired they just cant go.  Not to mention they will leave this earth much sooner.  It is a simple choose.  Either ignore your health now to give your family every minute of your time now.  And have none later.  Or take a little time now, so you have a lot of time later.  Plus you are teaching the people you love how to take care of their health as well.  We lead by example.  I sure want my family to be around having a great life as long as possible.  As parents, and other family members.  What we do, the youngers ones will do.  So set a good example.  Make your health a priority.  For you and them.

 8.  Don't skip the Rewards. While setting up your solid plain to succeed in losing weight.  It is very important to have rewards for each goal you reach.  This helps us stay motivated to keep going.  The only RULE about rewards. 
                     "NEVER  USE  FOOD  AS   REWARD

The only purpose food has is to fuel your body.  It is not a reward for doing a good job.  If there is a certain you want and it is a low grade fuel.  Do not deny yourself.  Just eat very little of it.   Make sure to set your goals and rewards for about 2 weeks.  Setting many small goals, to help your reach your main goal is the best way to go.  The rewards you choose should be equal to the goal.  A small 2 week goal, should have a small 2 week reward.  When you reach your main goal.  You will have a big reward.  Like maybe a tip to the beach to show off that new body. You Got This.  You can do it!!!!! 

Step to a successful weight lose. 

Build your solid plain.1.  The desire for change.2.  Learn how to fuel your body.3.  Change how you see food.4.  Personalize your plain for your health.5.  Add Exercise.6.  Kick it up a notch.7.  Make your health your priority.8.  Reward each goal. In closing.  I want you to remove the word DIET from your vocabulary.  This is now a forbidden word.  A solid plain to weight lose is not a diet.  It is a life style change.  To keep you off the weight lose roller costar.  A simple word change will help you feel more in control of what your are doing.  DIET makes people think they are being denied something.  You are simply choosing your fuel better. A few ways to not use the forbidden word.  If someone offers you a low grade fuel.  Simple tell them your making healthier food chooses,  or I only eat to fuel my body.  And that is a low grade fuel.  One, this removes the world diet.  And will also get the person to thinking about healthier chooses their selves.  They might even want to join you on your new journey.  Witch would be awesome.  You would have a partner, plus helping someone else change their lives for the better.  So never be afraid to let others know what you are doing.
