The Best DIY Spa Treatments.

The outside of our body's is just as important as the inside.  Maybe even more so.  Because it protects everything inside.  We need to take care of it too.

Everyone enjoys a great spa day.  Most of us can not afford to do it as much we would like.  There is a way we can do spa treatments at home.  Witch is more private, and way more affordable.

We have learned that food is important to our body's.  They ae important to outside as well.  Natural is the best way to go with our body's.  With a little bit of knowledge you can make your own spa treatments at home.  That are better then what you would pay for at Spa.

Today I want to share a few recipes that I use myself.  I have tried many over the years.  And these are the best one, that really work.  So get ready to enjoy a relaxing, healthy spa day at home.

Coffee Scrub.

Start with that day's coffee grounds.  After you have enjoyed your morning coffee.

Coffee Grounds
1/2 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup almond oil (optional)
2 tbsp.. Vitamin E oil
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

If coconut oil is solid.  Melt it in the microwave just a bit.  Then combine all ingredients.

When you get in the shower.  Wet your body, and turn the water off.  Grab a hand full of the coffee mix, and scrub your body like you are using soap.  Making sure to get scrub all areas.  Especially where you have extra dry skin.  Rinse off and clean as normal.

NOTE:  The bottom of the shower will be very slick.  Be very careful.

When you dry off from your shower.  Notice that the skin does not roll up like it normally does when you get out of the shower.  This is because your body got a great exfoliation.

This mix is a great because.  Your body does get a great exfoliation.  Making it easier for your skin to breath.  The coffee helps to open the pores in the skin, removing all dirt, and dry skin.  Plus coffee helps with circulating the blood, and losing  up the stored fat cell. (Cellulite.)  So your body can flush it out.  Cinnamon helps with the same.  The oils soften and hydrate the skin while leaving behind need vitamins for healthy skin.

This is my favorite scrub.  Because I feel like my skin takes a deep breath when I step out of the shower.  Plus it makes my skin feel so soft.

General Face Scrub.

2 tbsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 Vitamin E oil
2 tbsp. sugar.

Mix to together.  Wet your face.  And apply mix to face using a circular motion.  Allow to dry completely.  About 10 mins.  Then rinse off.  Use your favorite moisturizer.

Baking soda helps remove the dirt deep in pores.  The cinnamon helps with blood circulation.  The honey, and oils give your skin the needed vitamins.  Leaving it silkily smooth.  The sugar is a genital exfoliate.  The baking soda  and lemon also helps to remove dark spots on the face.

You can add many things to this mix.  Depending on your skin needs.  Turmeric is great to use all the body.  It helps to even out skin tone, kills bacteria that causes break outs. And so much more.

NOTE:  When using turmeric you need to know it does stain cloth.  So use old towels or dark colored towels you don't mind getting stained with using it.

Basic Moisturizer

1/2 cup solid coconut oil
3/4 cup vitamin E oil

Melt the coconut, and add vitamin E oil.  Mix well.  You can use a mixer to make it more fluffy.  Store in a glass jar with a lid, and keep it in your bathroom.  It will return back to a solid.  And might melt back if the bathroom is hot.  But it holds up well with the temp changing.  Rub your fingers over the top of this mix.  It will melt to the temp of your fingers.  And then spread over face, or every where if you like.  Coconut oil is a great natural defender again wrinkles, and dry skin.  The vitamin E oil is great for the face skin.  It helps it stay young looking too.  This mix will keep for about 6 months.

Brown Sugar Lip Scrub.

3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. coconut oil
a dash of vitamin E oil.

Mix together.  Store in a lightly sealed glass jar.  It will keep for about 6 months.  Use your finger to scoop up a little of the mix.  And rub over your lips.  The brown sugar is a genital exfoliator that removes the dry skin.  The oils give the delicate skin the vitamins needs to remain soft.  And helps prevent chapping.
